We know what you are really worried about
After doing this out here for 20 years, we can almost guess what is on your mind before you say it. The people in Grantsville who call us are nervous about the same handful of things. Here is what we hear, and exactly how we handle each one.
That fear is earned. Most of the horror stories out here start with a low bid and a pile of change orders. We put one honest, itemized price in writing before we start, and it does not move unless you change the plan.
A kitchen is the one room you cannot live without, so we build the schedule around it. You get a real start and finish date, and we do not open up your kitchen until your cabinets and materials are actually here.
Cabinets that do not line up, drawers that catch, grout that cracks. We set it right the first time with finishes that hold up, and we do not call it done until you would be glad to show it off.
You have seen the half-finished jobs where the crew left to chase the next check. We are local, we finish what we start, and Danny and Trayson are on your job, not off starting three others.
You deal with the owners here, not a salesman who sells the job and hands you off. One point of contact, calls and texts get answered, and you always know what is happening this week and next.
What a kitchen remodel includes
You get one team for the whole kitchen, so nothing falls through the cracks between trades.
We plan the new kitchen with you, open up cramped walls, and lay it out so it is easy to cook in and easy to live in.
New cabinets built to fit your space, with the drawers, pull-outs, and storage that make the kitchen work for you.
Durable quartz counters and a new island that hold up to daily cooking and clean up with a quick wipe.
We set your new range, oven, and dishwasher, and run the sink and water lines so everything is ready to use.
New outlets, under-cabinet lights, and bright, even lighting so you can actually see what you are cooking.
New floors and a tile backsplash that tie the whole kitchen together and make it feel finished.
Our specialty
The kitchen is the heart of the home. It is where your family gathers, and it is the room that most changes how a house feels day to day and how it shows when you sell. A new kitchen makes the whole house feel new.

Local kitchen experts
We have remodeled kitchens all over Grantsville, so we know the homes here. Grantsville has been a farm town since it was settled back in 1850, and in the older homes around the Main Street grid a lot of kitchens still have the original cabinets, tight walls, and layouts that just do not work for how people cook today. On the horse property and the larger lots at the edge of town, folks often want to open the kitchen up to the rest of the house.
Grantsville has grown fast, and the newer subdivisions on the west side of town came with builder-grade kitchens, so plenty of owners here are ready to upgrade to real cabinets, quartz counters, and better lighting. When we move plumbing, gas, or electrical, we pull the permit with the Grantsville City building department and build to code, so it is done right and it passes inspection. Financing is available too. And you are not handed off to a salesman here. You get Danny and Trayson, the two owners who are actually on your job.
Some of the oldest houses in town sit on the wide, tree-lined Main Street grid, and a few of them were built from the local adobe brick you still see on landmarks like the old 1861 schoolhouse that is now the Donner-Reed Museum. The kitchens in these homes are usually small, closed off behind a load-bearing wall, with the original cabinets and barely any counter space. We open them up carefully, keep the details that give the house its character, and add the storage and workspace a kitchen needs to work today.
Grantsville has been a farm town since it was settled in 1850, back when it was still called Twenty Wells for its springs, and that look still fits here. A lot of the families we build for want a real farmhouse kitchen: a big island to gather around, a deep apron sink, shaker cabinets, open shelving, and finishes that can take a working household. We build that look so it holds up, not just so it photographs well.
The newer subdivisions off Main Street and out toward the west end of town, where most of Grantsville's recent growth has landed, came with the same builder-grade kitchen in every house: thin stock cabinets, laminate counters, and not enough of either. These are some of our most common jobs. We swap in custom cabinets, quartz counters, better lighting, and usually a bigger island, and the whole house feels like a step up.
Out on the horse property and the bigger agricultural lots at the edge of town, homeowners usually have the room to really open things up. We take down the wall between the kitchen and the living space, build an island big enough to seat the whole family, and lay it out for the way a busy household actually moves. When that means moving plumbing, gas, or electrical, we pull the permit with Grantsville City and build to code.
