Tooele, Tooele County
5-star rated by Tooele County homeowners. Locally owned by Danny & Trayson.

We know what you are really worried about
After doing this out here for 20 years, we can almost guess what is on your mind before you say it. The people in Tooele who call us are nervous about the same handful of things. Here is what we hear, and exactly how we handle each one.
That fear is earned. Most of the horror stories out here start with a low bid and a pile of change orders. We put one honest, itemized price in writing before we start, and it does not move unless you change the plan.
Old leaks hide behind tile and under floors. If we find damage we show you, tell you straight, and price the real fix. No scare tactics and no mystery add-ons.
Most bathroom callbacks come from waterproofing done wrong behind the tile. We do the waterproofing right, so the pretty part still holds up years down the road.
We plan the work around the bathrooms you actually have, keep the job moving, and give you a real finish date instead of an open-ended mess.
You deal with the owners here, not a salesman who sells the job and hands you off. One point of contact, calls and texts get answered, and you always know what is happening this week and next.
What a bathroom remodel includes
You get one team for the whole bathroom, so nothing falls through the cracks between trades.
Straight, clean tile on the floor and walls, set over a proper waterproof layer so water stays out and it lasts for years.
A new vanity, sink, and quartz or stone top, with the storage and counter space your morning routine actually needs.
Keep a soaking tub, or swap it for a wide walk-in shower with a glass door and a bench. Your call, built to fit the space.
New supply and drain lines, faucets, and valves. We fix the tired plumbing behind the wall while it is open, not just the fixtures you see.
Good lighting, more outlets, and a fan that actually vents outside, so the room clears moisture instead of trapping it.
Warm, waterproof floors and the final touches: mirror, toilet, towel bars, and hardware that pull the whole room together.
Our specialty
A bathroom is not many square feet, but you stand in it every single morning. A remodel done right is one of the best-feeling upgrades in the whole house, and when the waterproofing is done right, it lasts for decades.
Which one fits
Not every bathroom needs a full gut job. Here is the honest comparison so you can pick what fits your home and your budget.

Local bathroom experts
We remodel bathrooms all over Tooele, the county seat, so we know these homes well. Up in Overlake and the newer subdivisions on the north end of town, a lot of houses came with the same builder-grade bathroom: a plastic tub, a small vanity, and tile that has seen better days. Those are the ones people are tired of. Down in Old Tooele, the older homes near downtown often have a tight, dated bathroom that owners want opened up, and we remodel those to match the character of the house.
A lot of Tooele families commute over the hill to the Salt Lake valley for work, so a good morning routine is worth a lot. Many want a real primary-bath upgrade, a bigger walk-in shower and a double vanity. We pull the permit and build to code with the county when the job calls for it. We also know our winters get cold, so we set up the fan to vent right and clear moisture, which keeps the fan from sweating and the room from growing mold. Financing is available if you want to spread the cost out. And you are not handed off to a salesman here. You get Danny and Trayson, the two owners, on your job.
If your house went up in Overlake or one of the newer north-end subdivisions, we can nearly guess your bathrooms before we walk in. The builder set a one-piece plastic tub and shower, a builder-grade vanity, and a big sheet mirror, and did it the same way in half the houses on the street. The plastic tub surround is the part people are the most done with. We tear it out and build a real tiled walk-in shower with a bench and a niche for the shampoo, and the whole bathroom stops looking like a rental.
The older homes near downtown are a different job. A lot of them were built with one small bathroom tucked under the stairs or off the hall, with a short tub and barely room to turn around. Sometimes there is old plaster and cast-iron plumbing behind the wall that has to be dealt with once we open it up. We have been in enough of these houses to know what we tend to find, so it does not turn into a surprise that blows the budget. We open the room up where the framing lets us and finish it to match the age and feel of the home.
With so many Tooele families commuting over the hill to the Salt Lake valley, the morning routine matters, and the primary bath is the number one request we get. That usually means a big tiled walk-in shower, a double vanity so two people are not fighting over one sink, and heated tile floors for our cold Tooele mornings. On the newer two-story floor plans there is often a garden tub nobody has used in years, and we are glad to pull it and give that space back to a bigger shower.
Out here the winters get cold and the air is dry, and a bathroom that is not vented right will grow mold in the corners and let the fan drip. We run the fan duct all the way outside, not just up into the attic, and we use the right waterproofing behind the tile so water never gets into the wall. It is the part you never see, and it is the part that decides whether the bathroom still looks good ten years from now.
We also finish basements in Tooele, so if your bathroom is part of a bigger plan, see our Tooele basement finishing page. See everything we do on our main bathroom remodeling page.
