We know what you are really worried about
After doing this out here for 20 years, we can almost guess what is on your mind before you say it. The people in Grantsville who call us are nervous about the same handful of things. Here is what we hear, and exactly how we handle each one.
That fear is earned. Most of the horror stories out here start with a low bid and a pile of change orders. We put one honest, itemized price in writing before we start, and it does not move unless you change the plan.
Old leaks hide behind tile and under floors. If we find damage we show you, tell you straight, and price the real fix. No scare tactics and no mystery add-ons.
Most bathroom callbacks come from waterproofing done wrong behind the tile. We do the waterproofing right, so the pretty part still holds up years down the road.
We plan the work around the bathrooms you actually have, keep the job moving, and give you a real finish date instead of an open-ended mess.
You deal with the owners here, not a salesman who sells the job and hands you off. One point of contact, calls and texts get answered, and you always know what is happening this week and next.
What a bathroom remodel includes
You get one team for the whole bathroom, so nothing falls through the cracks between trades.
Straight, clean tile on the floor and walls, set over a proper waterproof layer so water stays out and it lasts for years.
A new vanity, sink, and quartz or stone top, with the storage and counter space your morning routine actually needs.
Keep a soaking tub, or swap it for a wide walk-in shower with a glass door and a bench. Your call, built to fit the space.
New supply and drain lines, faucets, and valves. We fix the tired plumbing behind the wall while it is open, not just the fixtures you see.
Good lighting, more outlets, and a fan that actually vents outside, so the room clears moisture instead of trapping it.
Warm, waterproof floors and the final touches: mirror, toilet, towel bars, and hardware that pull the whole room together.
Our specialty
A bathroom is not many square feet, but you stand in it every single morning. A remodel done right is one of the best-feeling upgrades in the whole house, and when the waterproofing is done right, it lasts for decades.
Which one fits
Not every bathroom needs a full gut job. Here is the honest comparison so you can pick what fits your home and your budget.

Local bathroom experts
We know the homes out here. Grantsville has been a farm town since it was settled back in 1850, and in the older homes around the Main Street grid a lot of bathrooms still have the original tub, a small vanity, and tile that has seen better days. Those are the ones people are tired of. On the horse property and the larger lots at the edge of town, folks with a little more house often want a real primary-bath upgrade, a bigger walk-in shower and a double vanity, since a long commute to the Salt Lake valley makes a good morning routine worth a lot.
Grantsville has grown fast, and the newer subdivisions on the west side of town came with the same builder-grade bathroom in every house, and owners are ready to change it. We pull the permit with the Grantsville City building department and build to code when the job calls for it. We also know our winters get cold, so we set up the fan to vent right and clear moisture, which keeps the fan from sweating and the room from growing mold. Financing is available through our lending partner if you want to spread the cost out. And you are not handed off to a salesman here. You get Danny and Trayson, the two owners who are actually on your job.
The older homes around the wide, tree-lined Main Street grid, some built from the local adobe brick you still see on landmarks like the 1861 schoolhouse that is now the Donner-Reed Museum, usually have one tight bathroom with the original tub, a small vanity, and cracked or dated tile. We rework these carefully, waterproof behind the tile the right way, and fit in a real vanity and storage without stripping out the character of the house.
A lot of Grantsville families bought out here to get more house for the money and plan to stay for good. That is why tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common bathroom jobs. We pull the old tub, build a wide low-curb or curbless walk-in shower, and set it up so it works well now and still works easily years down the road.
The newer subdivisions on the west side of town, where most of the recent growth has landed, came with the same builder-grade primary bath in every house: a garden tub nobody uses, a cramped shower, and a plastic vanity. We turn that wasted space into a real primary bath with a big tiled walk-in shower, a double vanity, and finishes that hold up. With the long commute down to the Salt Lake valley, a good morning routine is worth it.
Winters out here get cold, and a bathroom that is not vented right will hold moisture and grow mold. We set the exhaust fan to vent all the way outside, not into the attic, and we insulate and waterproof so the room stays dry and healthy. When the job moves plumbing or adds a fixture, we pull the permit with Grantsville City and build to code.
